We deliver to UK Mainland only.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to UK Islands, Northern Ireland, or locations outside the UK.


2. Shipping Options and Costs

We offer a Standard Delivery service.

Shipping costs are fixed at £69 per order, regardless of order size or value.

 

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 14 days of purchase.

 

4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery is typically completed within 21 days after dispatch.


5. Free Shipping

Free shipping is not available. All orders are subject to the fixed delivery fee.


6. Tracking and Notifications

We do not provide tracking information for orders.

Customers will receive shipment updates and dispatch confirmation via email/whatsapp.


7. Missed or Delayed Deliveries

Delays: In cases of delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control, we will notify customers promptly and provide updates on the estimated delivery date.

Missed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:

The courier may leave the parcel in a safe location or with a neighbour, with a photograph taken as proof of delivery.

Customers will also have the option to reschedule delivery for an alternative date.


8. Lost or Damaged Items in Transit

If your order is lost or damaged during transit:

Please contact us at info@ardenand.co within 3 days of receiving the delivery.

We will review the issue and offer either store credit or a replacement.


9. Customs and Duties

We do not ship internationally; therefore, customs fees and duties do not apply.
